No particular order. If I think of something, I'll toss it here.

Characters:

Canon: Honestly any characters from RDRII would be great. I'd love to see someone come up with an Annabelle, frankly.
Off-canon: Anyone who can hold their own around a big giant ego and a tendency for grouchiness.
OCs: YES. PLEASE. GIVE.

Settings:

Canon timeframe: I'm talking any time between 1895-1907. Just remember, the farther forward, the more unruly and erratic the guy's going to be.
Modern: Give me a reasonable modern setting and plot, and I'll go there.
Fantasy: Yes, give me a chance to turn this guy into a rogue.
Europe/anywhere but the USA: Yes. Take this true-born first-generation American out of his comfort zone. Make him see that the entire world is just Like That.

Ideas/concepts:

Paranormal plots: His reality has a bunch of High Strangeness crap going on. UFOs, vampires, time travel, wolf men, ghosts, fortune tellers and prophets. All manner of magic. Dutch doesn't necessarily believe in any of it, but he doesn't dismiss any of it out of pocket, either. This could go a whole bunch of ways. Is your character a magical type? Show them off! Be it just witches or wizards, or fairies, or werewolves, selkies, what have you. Throw 'em at me!

Damsel in Distress: You don't have to be a woman to be a damsel in distress. Give me your cornered and scared, your in immediate danger character. Let him play the knight in... black tweed.

The player gets played: Dutch will be the first to admit that he's not impossible to con, himself. He's good at spotting a con, even better at catching a thief, but he has his weaknesses, and they're pretty easy to exploit. Run a con on the man.

Angry/Make-up sex plots: Fiery tempers get the better of each other. Then a spark ignites, and suddenly there's a rough fuck going on.

Fish out of water: As previously stated, this first-gen American believes that America is the most free, open country there is, and believes that freedom is only found where laws and people aren't regulated. Give him a tour of Europe, of Tahiti, or anywhere else. Show him that everywhere has the same freedom as the wild west, and the same encroachment of civilization and law. Give him ancient culture to behold, give him a reason to fall in love with cities. He's not necessarily a country mouse, but city mice might be able to sway him.

Sexuaity:

As stated, I play Dutch as mostly-straight, though I have been known to bend that. Dutch likes women (and possibly others) who are younger than him, but not far, far younger. The man is 44, and he likes looking for mid-20s. He is NOT going to go around looking at anyone even remotely looking underage.

He's a dominant sort of person, but is an attentive lover. His own wants are prioritized a good deal of the time, but he's not going to simply use someone for his own personal pleasure, and he doesn't skimp on the mutuality of sex.

I don't feel comfortable making an f-list without people assuming that what isn't there is fine, so if you have questions, just ask. If you've got an f-list, send it my way and I'll tell you what I feel comfortable with. If they're not humanoid, he's not interested. Heavy kink is unlikely.

PLAYER IS OVER 20 BY A GOOD DEAL. I respectfully ask that you, the player, be over 25 if you plan to go the romance route with the plot. It's more of a comfort thing for me.
